1. Acceptance
By accessing naturamore.in or placing an order, you (Customer, you) agree to these Terms & Conditions (Terms). If you disagree, do not use the Website. These Terms form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under applicable Indian law. By using this Website you represent that you meet these criteria.
3. Products & Pricing
  1. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and display MRP as required under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
  2. Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable is the one at the time of order confirmation.
  3. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual appearance may vary slightly.
  4. Product descriptions, nutritional claims, and health benefits are based on available scientific evidence and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. Orders & Payment
  1. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs upon our sending an order confirmation email.
  2. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).
  3. All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant gateways. We do not store full card details.
  4. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors, with full refund.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
Delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy (Section 3 of this document). Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website -- including logos, text, images, product formulations, and trademarks -- is owned by or licensed to Netsurf Communications Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
8. Prohibited Use
  1. Reselling products purchased at MRP through unauthorised channels.
  2. Misrepresenting product claims or benefits.
  3. Using scraping tools, bots, or automated systems to access the Website.
  4. Posting false reviews or impersonating Naturamore or its representatives.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of this Website or products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold Netsurf Communications Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be resolved by negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. The seat of arbitration shall be Pune, Maharashtra. Courts in Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Amendments
We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
