Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on non-business days are dispatched the next business day. 2. Delivery Timelines

3. Shipping Charges
- Orders above Rs. 499: Free standard shipping across India.
- Orders below Rs. 499: Flat shipping fee of Rs. (displayed at checkout).
- Express/priority shipping available at additional cost during checkout.
4. Logistics Partners
We ship through reputed logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, and India Post, depending on your pin code. Carrier selection is at our discretion. 5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing a tracking number. Track your shipment via the carrier's website or through your account on naturamore.in under 'Track Orders'. 6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on select pin codes and for orders up to Rs.
- A COD handling fee of Rs. may apply and will be shown at checkout.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability after 3 delivery attempts, or refusal to accept -- it will be returned to us. We will contact you to reship (additional charges may apply) or issue a store credit. 8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse acceptance and note it with the delivery person, or contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. 9. International Shipping
Naturamore currently ships only within India. International orders are not accepted at this time. 10. Customer Care
