Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for products that are:
- Unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.
- Not damaged by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.
- Not listed under non-returnable categories (see Section 3).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return due to health, hygiene, and regulatory reasons:
- Opened or partially consumed nutritional supplements, protein powders, or health drinks.
- Ayurvedic formulations once the seal is broken.
- Products purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions (unless defective).
- Items not purchased from naturamore.in.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at ecom@naturamore.in or call 020-6711 1111 within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, item(s) to return, reason, and photos (if damaged/defective).
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days with return authorisation.
- Pack items securely in original packaging. Do not return without authorisation.
4. Return Shipping
- Defective / Damaged / Wrong item received: We will arrange a free reverse pickup or reimburse return courier charges (up to 150).
- Change of mind: Customer bears return shipping cost. We recommend a trackable service.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Replacement / Exchange
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will send a replacement at no charge after verification, subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
